Reading PlainRecord is free. There is no advertising, no account, no tracking and no paid tier. Running costs are deliberately small and are met by the operator, with optional donations.
Planning ceilings
These are the allocations the service is designed to fit inside. They are planning figures, not supplier quotations.

Donations
Donations are not open yet. A link will appear here once the payment and legal arrangements are complete. There is no donation prompt anywhere else on the site, and there never will be a pop-up asking for one.
Donating buys nothing. Donors get no editorial influence, no privileged access, no early sight of anything, and no different version of any page. Donor identities are not published without explicit consent.
